Villa Heights Neighborhood

VSCLT has entered into an exciting new partnership in Henry County, VA to preserve the permanent affordability of 13 newly constructed homes through the Community Land Trust model. Through an innovative public-private partnership with West Piedmont Planning District Commission, Henry County, The Harvest Foundation, and Havenmore, this project will strengthen the local community and provide the opportunity to build generational wealth through homeownership. The homes are located about a 10 minute drive from downtown Martinsville and are nestled in a beautiful and welcoming location that has been bolstered by public and private investment.

Currently, the first four homes have been completed and are available to purchase for households who qualify. If you are interested in applying, please contact info@Havenmore.com for next steps.
