Please submit your Capital Improvements Request to VSCLT using the form below. After your request is received, the VSCLT Board will review it and contact you with further information. Please do not begin your proposed project until you have received approval from VSCLT.

As a reminder, a capital improvement is any project with an expected total cost above $2,500, any project requiring approval from your local jurisdiction, or any other project that significantly increases the value of the home beyond its original condition at the time of the purchase.
