206 Duke Street in Fredericksburg, VA

VSCLT has begun an exciting new partnership with Greater Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity to acquire and renovate homes for sale to low-income Habitat homebuyers.

VSCLT and Habitat share a vision of creating permanently affordable homes through the innovative Community Land Trust model. VSCLT retains ownership of the land and sells the home to income-qualified families, reducing costs, lowering down payments, and easing monthly mortgage burdens—ultimately empowering families to build lasting equity and stability.

Together, our partnership combines Habitat's hands-on homebuilding and renovation expertise with VSCLT’s sustainable affordability model. This collaboration ensures that families not only have safe, quality homes but also long-term financial security and community stability.
