Leave of Absence Notification

Please fill out the form below to notify VSCLT of your extended leave of absence. VSCLT requires that all homes in trust be occupied by the homeowner and serve as their primary residence. When a homeowner intends to be absent from their home for more than 60 consecutive days, they must notify VSCLT of that absence.
